What happens on the first call or session?

We’ll talk through your training history, injury background, current schedule, and specific goals. If you’re in person, we’ll also walk through movement or performance testing at Townsend Strength HQ so we can see how you move and where to focus first.

Is this for beginners or only athletes?

Both. We coach complete beginners, weekend warriors, and high-level athletes. Your program intensity, progression, and testing will be scaled to your current level so you feel challenged but never lost.

Where do sessions take place?

Consults can be done via video or in-person at Townsend Strength HQ. During your call we’ll confirm what makes the most sense for you based on your location and the program you’re joining.
